Thanks hunter! I have found with my body if I do not get loosened up my soreness lasts longer. So short, light sprint workouts really help.

Monday bench
Weights were feeling heavy. Out of the groove but got my reps in, going to go for a big pull tomorrow and see how I feel. Strongman will definitely be light this week, then I will go from there.

Bench press
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
265 x 4 sets x 5 reps
These did not feel real good, but I probably could have gotten a couple more reps. Next week is a test week with 290 for 5 plus, hope it feels better than today.

Klokov
95 x 5
115 x 5
135 x 3 x 5
Just felt heavy

Chest supported DB row
80s x 3 x 10
Only thing that felt good today!

Dips
BW x 3 x 12

Pull a parts
monster mini x 3 x 15

Band Pushdowns
Light x 2 x 25

Hammer curls
20s x 2 x 20

Reverse hypers
2 x 10-15

My lower body feels fresh but my back has some tightness. Hoping everything feels good tomorrow. I still feel good, just can tell my body is getting tired. It has been 7 straight weeks of heavy lifting and strongman. Next week may be a deload, depending on how I feel. Just gonna listen to my body.

Stack is great, focus and energy is still awesome. Turns a really off day into a pretty good workout. Love it
