Saturday strongman
Feeling good again, two days of great sleep and I am back. Still going to limit assistance this week. Tuesday is the only day I am really going to push it which will be squats and Deads.

Farmers walk
All sets about 60 ft
120 each hand x 2
160 x 1
180 x 1
210 x 1
240 x 1
270 x 1
This felt awesome, still moving up ten pounds each side every week. Although next week I plan to go light and then the week after I will move up 15 pounds to try and hit a new pr! Strength levels feel great, the pick today was super easy.

Log 1 clean press away
105 x 5
135 x 4
155 x 3
180 x 2
205 x 1
195 x 6 huge!
Moved the weight up 10 pounds from last week and hit the same amount of reps. I was thinking of changing up the way I do log but now I am going to ride it out.

Conditioning medley
Sledge hammer x 20 swings
Keg run x full keg x 100 ft with one turn

Did 4 rounds of this with short rest, and it was brutal. Upper body just blew up.

After that cut the grass since I still had a ton of energy. I will probably crash shortly but for now I feel awesome. Time rehydrate and roll out!

Sunday recovery
Felt pretty good today, lots of tightness. But everything feels good.

Sled walk
Plus 25 x 1/4 mile

Sled sprints x 40 yards
6 forward
4 backwards
Nothing really 100 percent just really getting blood flowing

Little more walking

Pull ups
3x5
Just getting some blood flowing.

Feeling good, Tuesday I am planning on hitting a good deficit pull. I have not pulled real heavy in a while, but farmers feel solid. Feeling good, looking forward to another great week of training.
