Sunday conditioning
Hard to get myself going today. Felt like I was hit by a truck but needed to loosen up. My pain just tightness, great day for sled work. Little break from the heat today, it is only 90.

Sled walk
Plus 25 x 1/4 mile

2 warm up runs

8 sprints w/ 25 on sled x about 40 yards
Progressively went harder, up to probably 90-95 percent.

Took another walk

4 more sprints w/ 25

Solid conditioning work really helped to loosen me up and get prepped for another great week of training. Presses I get to start my cycle of 5 reps, hooray! This is when I should start to feel some strength.

Monday bench press
Felt strong today, took awhile to loosen up though. I have felt really dehydrated since strongman on Saturday. I just can not get enough fluids. Feeling better now, solid session.

Bench press
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
240 x 5 x 5
240 x 8
Plenty left in the tank, this cycle is going to get heavy. My test week will be 290 for 5 time for some big weights!

Ben push press
135 x 2 x 3
185 x 3
215 x 3
225 x 5
Time to move up weight, 235 next week

Klokov press
95 x 15

Chest supported rows
70s x 8
85s x 5 x 8
Back was a little tired

Dips
BW x 2 x 15
Plus light band x 12, 10, 7
Died

Wide Neutral grip face pull to chin
150 x 10
215 x 3 x 10
Really tried to focus on upper back

Push downs
150 x 15
210 x 3 x 10

Light band push down
2 x 20

Did some squat mobility stuff to prep for tomorrow. Should actually be an easier day, sets of 5 on squat and speed Deads. I will be using Brandon Lilly's technique of 10 singles in a minute or try to. Should gas me out a bit.

Supplement stack is still going great. I can not say enough about the focus. I get to the gym and nothing can stop me. Loving it

Tuesday solid session
Felt a little stiff to start, but loosened up nicely.

Squats
95 x 2 x 3
135 x 3
185 x 3
215 x 5
245 x 5
280 x 6 (5 plus set)
These all felt pretty easy and smooth as long as I get in the right positions. Can't wait for my new shoes, I think it will make a huge difference.

Speed Deads
325 x 10 singles with about 10 second rest
350 x 1
375 x 1
Used Lilly's method, it was tough. Everything felt explosive and easy.

Split squats
95 x 4 x 5
Really loosened me up

GHR
BW x 10
Plus mini x 5 x 8

Abs on GHR
BW x 5 x 15

Reverse hyper
2 x 15

This was an easier session, should allow my body to recover a bit more. Next week is me deficit Deads, I am going to shoot for a big number and test things out.

Stack is great, energy was a little low to start but once mm kicked in I really got going. Real light conditioning tomorrow.

Wednesday conditioning
Was planning on taking it really light today, but lets be serious, haha. Weather is finally nice, heat wave broke. Felt great out.

Sled walk to warm up
1/4 mile with 35 pounds

Sled sprints
Plus 35 x 8 sprints x about 40 yards

Backward sled sprints
Plus 35 x 8 x about 40 yards

Did these every other other, so 2 forward, 2 back so on

2 hill sprints x about 40 yards
Felt good, have not done a sprint without resistance for a while

Did some mobility drills, and called it a day. Going to roll out a bit, body has some serious tightness but I felt good once loosened.

Tomorrow is OHP, can't wait.

Thursday OHP
Had a solid session, but I am having some early signs of some CNS burnout. I am not sleeping well, breaking out a bit, and not as hungry as I should be. Took it a little easier today. Tomorrow will be an off day, I will do strongman this weekend and feel things out from there. I am planning to still hit my lifts but decrease volume and intensity on accessories. Should be fine.

Standing OHP
95x2x5
145 x 5 sets x 5 reps
145 x 6,
Might have been 7, just wanted to beat the reps. Weight felt heavy, out of the groove and legs were off.

High Incline with Swiss Bar
115x10
165x5
185x3
205x2
115x20

Bent over row
135x10
185x8
225x2x6
This was the only lift that actually felt good

Skull Crushers
85 x 3 x 10

Pull Ups
5 sets x 8 reps

Band Pushdowns
light band x 3 x 25

That is it, cut back on the volume a bit today. Trying to get in some extra recovery. Hoping I sleep better tonight. My energy is fine, weights just feel heavy. Just doing too much, need to reset conditioning. The only conditioning I am going to do for the next 2 weeks is walking with the sled.

Stack was still great. Helped me grind through a tough session. The focus and drive was still there, but my CNS just doing want to perform. It happens, just need some good nutrition and some recovery. Still feeling great and very motivated.

Happens to the best of us, the breaking out could be a little bit from the d-pol, oily skin is a sign of increased test, it's usually pretty mild. I bet a day or two off and a bunch of food will have you good to go!
