Saturday Strongman
Getting crazy! Felt very strong with tons of energy today. Been doing sprints as part of my warm up and they seem to really help

Farmers Walk
*all sets about 60 ft
120 each hand x 2
160 x 1
180 x 1
210 x 1
230 x 1
260 each hand x 1
This felt very strong, pick was pretty easy. I am back to feeling like a can run with weights around 210. I should hit a PR in the next couple weeks.

Log 1 clean and press away
105x5
125x4
145x3
170x2
200x1
180 x 9 Huge number
Last week I struggled to hit 180 for 6, crushed it! Feeling good

Tire Flip
8 sets x 3 reps
Limited rest, more for conditioning but very tough in the heat

18 inch deads
225x3
315 x 5 singles
Just needed to practice this lift. I need to think about this as a completely different movement than deads. I am going to continue to practice this, I need to get this much heavier. I widened my feet a bit and that felt better. I will throw this in when I still feel good after events and just move up every time.

Just feeling great. I still had energy at the end of this workout even though we are still in excessive heat warnings. I got started a little earlier and really just crushed farmers.

Supplement stack is just going awesome, energy and focus was through the roof.

Wanted to give my routine before strongman training. I wish I could do this for every workout. Just works perfect for me, but working gets in the way.

Wake up: Take d-pol with protein shake and small bowl of cereal.
Relax for 30 mins-watch crazy youtube videos of awesome stuff
Start to warm up with light rolling and band work on shoulders
50 minutes after meal take Muscle Marinade

About 10 minutes later I start to set up the strongman stuff. This works out perfect because the actual training starts when Muscle marinade really starts to kick in.

After strongman I take slinshot and just start eating, then take a nap. Loving life

This seems to be the perfect set up for me to get the most effectiveness out of the supplement stack.

That is bar height, for me it is just below the knees.
