Sunday early morning conditioning
Supposed to go to the beach today, so I got up early to do some conditioning. Excessive heat warning here, 8:30 am and the heat is already unbearable. Next week is going to be crazy hot out.

Sled sprints
Plus 25 x went for a walk to warm up
Plus 25 x 2 warm up sprints
Plus 25 x 10 x 40 yards
Went all out on these, been a while since I really pushed on sprints but I felt great so why not.

Sledge work
2 sets x a bunch

Too hot, went inside still sweating. Fun session, I like when it is hot to workout, loosens me up. Then I don't like the heat for the rest of the day.

Monday test week
Killing it, training is going so well right now. This stack has a lot to do with it, and I think I have found a long term training program. Basically just needed to combine all my favorite programs, lol.

Bench press
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
255 x 12 pr
Definite all time pr for close grip, and I think an all time pr for any grip bench. Really pumped on this.

Btb push press
135 x 2 x 3
185 x 2
205 x 1
225 x 1
245 x 1
265 x 0, went for an all time pr, no good
225 x 2
Going to keep this lower volume but heavy, either doubles or triples. Plan to hit 3 reps then move up the weight.

Chest supported DB row
60 x 10
80 x 8
100 x 2 x 6 pr
80 x 2 x 10
Felt great

Dips
BW x 5 x 15

Neutral pull ups
BW x 4 x 6

Pushdown wide fat grip
70 x 15
115 x 3 x 8

This is on a plate load machine much harder than the stack

That is it, did some prep for squats tomorrow. I can't wait. I can not describe how much I am enjoying training right now. I think that is often forgotten, with all the talk about the right program and the most efficient program. Bottom line is we all lift because we enjoyed at one point or another. Right now I am having fun, and I look forward to the next session as soon as I finish.

This stack is wonderful. The combination of dpol and muscle marinade gives me the best workouts of my life. I am so focused from warm up to finish. I get a nice pump and lots of clean energy. Also, I have been sleeping well. This can be a problem for me with some pre workouts.

Tomorrow is squats and pulls off mats for some reps. Can't wait!
