1 scoop muscle marinade pre-workout today.

Good focus and energy. Good top end strength. As usual, some creatine (Im guessing) left over in the bottom of the shaker, but no big deal. Tastes pretty good, and way better than some of the others I've had. I'm just spoiled by the apple condense!

Apple Condense spoils me too lol. I hear ya on the little bit left over from MM, but with the proper amount of so many great ingredients, it's hard to keep em all mixed up sometimes

Ha, yeah no complaints at all. Enough creatine to make a difference is enough to not mix completely if you don't have a whole lot of water in there.

It's actually the Amino Acids not mixing well. They just aren't super soluble in water. Doesn't hurt anything though

Gotcha. Not worried at all about it. I just use the same shaker for my intra-workout BCAAs and it at works out.

2 scoops condense, lots of reps today. Good stuff, great taste.

I was pretty wrecked today from the training lately on the cut. Took things a little slower than before. 1 scoop condense got me moving but not crazy. Needed to be a little careful not to push too far, and 1 scoop was perfect. Hit squats, reppage at 225 instead of heavy stuff today, and then murdered my calves on the calf raise. Great stuff, good energy. Tomorrow will be another light day, and then strongman events again on saturday!

Smashed all kinds of things in my last prep session for the comp next week. 2 scoops of condense 30 minutes before a 1 hour oly session. Rested 15 minutes, hit a scoop of muscle marinade and hit some new PRs on events. 210 axle press was EZ mode once I got the groove right, broke a 300 pound stone from the floor. If I get full tacky and go balls out, that stone will load.

Great energy and strength today. The condense got me moving and kept me moving for this 4.5 hour session today, the MM gave a lot of extra oomph to lift some good weight.
