Muscle Marinade came in strong for me today. Probably 4-5 scoops left in the bottle. Amazing stuff and I'm a little sad that this is coming to a close. Training 5-6 days a week will do that though.

Back work today. Nothing structured, just hard and heavy. A lot of life stuff getting in the way, but the focus from MM was amazing. Left the gym feeling like new.

Rough day in the gym. Missed a 405 squat that should have gone up. 2 scoops of condense today. Great energy and focus, but top end strength was just a hair off. Smashed some rep work afterwards to make up for it, great endurance on that.

Crushed some heavy weight today. 2 scoops of condense 20 minutes before lifting. 545 deadlift and 200 pounds axle clean and press.

lots of energy, no crash. no upset stomach. just good clean focused energy

More on the supplement here.

This stuff mixes great. Instead of downing it all at once today, i mixed it in with a full shaker of water and drank it on the way to the gym. It mixed in a couple shakes and didn't separate out afterwards. It tastes awesome, not over sweet, not bitter. This is good stuff.

2 more scoops condense today. Was hard to get moving after the session yesterday, but condense helped out a lot. Hit some heavy axle work and 5 x 10 @ 55%. Lots of energy, good endurance. Mixed in about 8 oz of water, mixed easily, tastes great as always.

Day 3 in a row training. squats. 2 scoops of condense got me into the gym, felt a little beat down before it kicked in. got in some reps, hit some assistance work, and called it a day.

Mixed the condense in about 12 oz of water and downed it. The gym is about 3 blocks away, and by the time i had walked over there, the Condense was kicking in. Felt the beta alanine pretty good today, good energy. It is definitely helping keep me going with the training and while cutting. very impressed.
