Another day with Muscle Marinade, another PR. Squats today, hit 395. 405 is going to fall next week.

One thing I will note with MM is that I get better results if I only take it with about 10 oz of water than with a full shaker. My guess it is hits the system quicker that way. Great focus, great strength today. Got a lower back pump during rack pulls, but nothing too bad. Good pumps in my hamstrings though during leg curls. I love this stuff.

1.5 scoops of condense. I don't think I'll go over 1 scoop again, heart rate was up before I even got to the gym. Good energy and endurance, but that was too much on the stimulant side.

Don't take that as a negative if you're reading it though. Its just part of finding out the ideal dosage. This is also one of the best mixing and best tasting pre-workouts ever.

3/4 scoop of MM today. The creatine always leaves some grain in the shaker, but its creatine, what can ya do? Well, add more water after and swish it around and drink it for one. Great focus, energy, and strength in the gym today. + 10 pounds on deadlift singles, and everything felt quick and light.

1 scoop of condense about 30 minutes before squats. Great energy and had one of the best sessions I've had in several weeks. Its been a while since I've done a rep day for legs and even though it might not have been earth shattering, good weight was lifted and I had the energy to get everything on the list done and then plenty energy left over to fire up the grill and BBQ for a get together.

1 scoop muscle marinade today. New bench PR. Had good energy throughout the session. Dramatically increased water intake up from 1 gallon to 2. No crash afterwards this time. That is maybe my only complaint with MM is that I crash hard about 8 hours after taking it, but between the extra water and increased salt intake with meals, there were no issues today

MM is good stuff for heavy days. N doubt about it.

Very early training today, but a scoop of MM about 30 minutes prior to the gym, new squat PR of 405.
