I was hoping this morning would be more eventful than just watching videos, so I was just sitting in a classroom buzzing from the scoop of Condense with no where to put my energy! Hit up the treadmill and got a couple miles in today, so it still got used a little bit. That caffeine is nice on a day when it is too hot for coffee!

Default 6-14 Bench Auxiliary/ 6-16 Bench

On Friday I used that good ole Muscle Marinade and felt great doing close grip bench and skull crushers. I was nice and hopped up for a good while afterwards. haha. Tonight I used a scoop of condense (almost did two, but I had had a good cup of coffee about an hour before I lifted, didn't wanna over do the caffeine). Benching went great tonight and hit a couple PRs. Still loving the stuff. The tub of MM is almost gone, but it will get replaced. Probably gonna order the Strawberry Limeade when I run out of fruit punch. I really like the Apple flavor for condense. It's light and not overpowering. I still get awesome pumps from both, but the caffeine in the condense is really great for later day lifting.

Got that Muscle Marinade going! Nearing the end of my tub, so it's about time to order some. Hit a big 495 double on deadlifts today. I just love the focus through the entire workout. Add a little ammonia and Metal to the mix and you're good to go!

Nice!!! And its a rough feeling looking into that tub and realizing there's only a few scoops left. I grabbed another tub about 2 weeks ago, just because I know I'm going to miss it when its done!

Yeah man, got the owner of the gym tacking some on to his next shipment! Gonna try the Cherry Limeade flavor and see if I like it better than the fruit punch. This was just a little sweet for my tastes.

One scoop of the MM today. HUGE shoulder and chest pump. I haven't been this red since my last sunburn! Nothing too fancy or heavy today, just some good auxiliary work. I'm hoping I'll keep the Marinade buzz through work tonight.

I"ve kinda been worn out lately. Probably due to stress in school and having a very full plate right now. Hopefully tomorrow will erase all the woes.

Default 6-22 Furniture moving!

My brother needed help moving furniture to his father-in-law's house, so the strongest guy in the family gets called up. Of course

It's so hot down here right now that I skipped the morning coffee and went for the condense. 2 scoops before we started and sipped on the second half while working. The crisp apple was extremely refreshing in the 90 degree heat. At 9 in the morning. I love this stuff so much.

Default 6-24 BIG SKWATS and Muscle Marinade

I've said it before, this is a match made in heaven. Focus was ridiculous. Tingles hit about five minutes away from the gym and started feeling the blood pumping and it was amazing. It only takes about 10 or so minutes for this to kick in, it seems, which I'm a fan of. Even if it isn't in full force after that long, it definitely gets there during warmups. Hit a nice 445 triple for my final set. I got a bit embarrassed because EVERYONE in the gym stopped what they were doing to watch me. Extremely humbling. I'm not one to seek attention, thus the embarrassment. Oh well. I hope I provided some inspiration.
