Gettin' things done with MUSCLE MARINADE!! Consistent as always. The focus for bench was awesome and being able to carry it over to cardio was pretty fantastic. The pump in my legs after running is pretty sick.

Default More Muscle Marinade Madness

Today was back day (one scoop of MM) with Snatch-grip deads. last working set was 365x5 today and I KILLED it. The lower back pump was pretty great. Planning on hitting a scoop of condense tomorrow on my running day. Less coffee, more condense is theplan for running days. We'll see how it goes!

Hit up that scoop of MM before working shoulders yesterday. There is really nothing new to report as far as the effects go. I see that as good news, though. The consistency of this product is something I've absolutely come to love from it.

Yesterday is a great example of the focus given by MM. Started drinking it while doing dishes and got to the gym around noon. Was there about an hour and right after getting done, drank down a pint of milk and got working on mowing the lawn (push mower, FTW. No pansy riding mowers!). As soon as I got done with that, I cooked my first meal and scarfed it down, grabbed a quick shower, and headed to work. Luckily it was a slow night, but I was doing the majority of the cooking while the boss worked on other stuff. I don't know if it was still the MM working towards the end of the shift (highly doubt it), but it got me through the better part of the day.

Drank down my scoop of Marinade before leaving the house to train and it had kicked in about five minutes from the gym parking lot. I hit working sets on squats of four reps at each weight: 340, 380, 385, 390, 400. The focus was insane and I was super-pumped. Still such a consistent product.

Don't know what I would have done without Purus today. Wishing I had used condense before work, but the Muscle Marinade gave a pretty good beginning boost to work after working bench today. Still a super solid product.

Muscle Marinade! Hit it today for high pin rack pulls and got a good 465 DOH pull in. I think this bodes well for when I go from the floor with a mixed grip. Gonna hit that ConDense in the morning before CPAT orientation so my I have a little caffeine in me.
