Strength building question
This might be a naive question but I'll ask anyway. I've seen some talked about Wilks and researched it. It seems reasonable but my question has to do with strength gains in general.
All things equal on the Wilk's formula, is it easier to get big and strong or is it harder to stay lean and get strong?
