Default Reverse Laterals (Bent Over Laterals)

Tried these today and they killed my elbows. Anyone else have this issue?

Try palms toward feet next time instead of palms toward each other, see how that works. That will also hit the rear head a lot more also..

They work better for me because of the elbow rotation also.

to target your rear delts you dont need to bring the weight all the way up.
can try "hang and swings"

This is Meadows doing his "destroyer set" using hang and swing style rear delt movements.

actually on backday. you could lay on the inlcine bench again and do DB rows, but keep your elbows really high and hit a 1 count hold then after the negative, relax and let the weight hang to stretch you out. Will work the rhomboids, the rear delts, and mid traps directly.

I do these with every bench day, I try to point my thumbs up (exaggerated) at the top of the ROM.
