The hang and destroyer set is no joke. JM had me do them on my chest and shoulder day. You do 60 reps, cut the weight in half 30 reps, cut it again for 15 reps. Start light!

yeah mike. he's my trainer too. I'm starting bands with him in about 4 weeks.

Awesome! Hes a great trainer. I ran a 12 week program with him this past summer. Enjoy the band phase!
