Who inspired you to get into Power lifting?
For me it was Derek Pondstone. I bought my first Muscle Men mag. an he was on the cover of the December issue of 2011. Ever since I read the article an used his work out, It has changed me personally an inspired me to train hard to push my limits to the wall. To make it in football or Power lifting, where ever I choose to go in the Future.
