Get a gripper thingy... I got (2) for less than $10 at Sports Authority. Make a habit of squeezing for a few minutes every night.

There was an idea I read on this site somewhere where "grip" isn't really a hands issue, but a back issue. If your shoulders slump forward, your grip releases in reaction to that, but as long as you keep your back tight, your grip will be tight.
That made some sense to me as my back is a weak point, and my recent deadlifting experience has borne that out. Around December last year, I could barely hold onto 315 in the deadlift, it slipped as often as I hit it. Right now, I'm holding onto 355 no problem, and have held 369, but failed on low back strength, not grip. I can't imagine my hands got 50-60 lb stronger in a few months, but I can see where my body position is more confident in the weight, so I can hold it "easier".
Sure, do grippers, etc. But think about brining up your back strength with rows, shrugs, etc.
