My daughter won at her first competition (Northern Greece Games).
She is only 6 months in the sport, and thats a very good start for her, especially from psycological side of view.

1st place, she took 4 golden medals (because it counts for categories: girls 1, girls 2, young women, women and for her category at 48 kgs).
She got a lower total than expected for Nationals, but due to low number of competitors at her category (girls etc), coach said it doesn't matter, she can participate.

She had 2 opponents at her category, and she started her lifts higher than the 3rd try of them !!

Video is ready, but I have to wait until it is fully uploaded in youtube.
I have internet problems, very low signal, I started the upload 7 hours ago, and it's up only about 68%.
After upload it has to be processed by youtube, more total time needed.
It's only a 6 min video, about 78mb.

The real problem is when I lose connection and must start all over again, sometimes it happens.

Nice lifting there. In the warm-ups, is there a reason for the barbell being so low to the ground or does she just employ more of a deficit lift technique for warming up?
