Thanks steve, I am pretty satisfied with my numbers. There is a lot of work to be done. I think on bench I need to work on balancing high volume with heavy weights. My body is good with lighter weight reps, I need to use more over loading methods there.

Deadlift has some technical issues. A lot has to do with not training conventional enough. This just one step in my journey, each time I compete I learn a lot. My plan right now is to just have fun with lifting, going to run Westside and hopefully get some more strongman stuff. Spend the summer training for fun! I enjoy powerlifting, but Juggernaut got boring. Time to take advantage of the gym I train at.

Good attitude. I see technical issues with your deadlift, but I know you and your lifting buddies do too. You'll get this worked out. I have no doubt 700 is in your future.

On squats I am curious how you would fair with a slightly more narrow stance. More curiosity than a belief you would or could do better.

Awesome work mate, some massive lifting going on. Shame about the depth calls on the squat though.

STRONG! The depth calls were tough.

Thanks everybody, I really appreciate, had a really good time yesterday even though it was not the best meet ever.

There is a lot of work to be done on the deadlifts. I thought my first lift looked better than I thought, but I really need to get some legs into it. Hips just fly up, just grip and rip it yesterday. One of my buddies as I walked by him said, "that was your strongest RDL ever! I cracked up!

I have had the same thought on squats, this year I did actually move my stance in a little. Probably could go a little further. I tend to agree with you.

My .02 not that it matters much, the 3rd squat was deeper than the 2nd. Hard to judge depth from the front, but from that angle looks like a good squat. Congrats on the solid total. Super strong back....mine is killing me from just watching haha!

Haha, thanks. There is a lot of technical issues there, but once I get those fixed I think I should get a solid deadlift!

Kinda funny, but one my one buddy from the gym caught on his video of the third squat. The one side judge gives the thumbs up right after the lift and then looks at the other judge and changes it to a thumbs down. I think this is what frustrates me more, you are supposed to have 3 independent judges. In every other competition there are tons of good lifts with 2 white lights, in this competition is was 3 whites or none.
