Nice work JB. Couple of observations though. Some of your workout partners aren't locking the weight out. As soon as the weight is high enough to rack it, they do. Also you didn't hold the weight at the top. It really helps to hold the weight at lockout for a count of 2-3 before racking it. You're going to have to at a meet, do it in training. Looking good though. I'd say the 700 club will have a new member soon.

Meaning when its locked, just hold it a 2-3 seconds? Makes good sense, will start doing that as well. The first guy (Dave) cant lock his right elbow. Honeycutt kept pinning it under the rack, we talked about that last night as well. Thanks for kicking me in the ass by the way!
