vehicle pushes and pulls
sandbag carries for distance, time, max weight
If you live in a wooded area you can find stones to carry and load and logs to flip or carry or walking lunge with.

Awesome idea, I can definitely find some big stones in the area, definitely will have to make another sandbag. Mine broke that I made before.

Vehicle push and pull is perfect, thanks!!

for a badass sandbag, go to a military surplus store and get an old army duffel bag. I use one of my old ones with the sand inside of heavy garbage bags. They last quite awhile of me dropping and abusing them.

Sandbag work is great for building endurance and strength. I use my extra dufflebags and use actual tan sandbags for weight. About 3 filled equals a little bit over 100lbs. The weight shifts and makes it harder. You can also get at Target or Walmart these black zip up dufflebags bags that have 2 handles for about $20. But Army Duffles cost $16 at clothing and sale on base. They also have zip up military issue bags that cost about $25. You can also buy what is called a Flight bag that Helicopter pilots are issued and they can carry lots of weight. The last one I bought cost $50.

That is how I made my last time and it did take some abuse. I will probably do that again
