Default Partial Squat Examples

Mind throwing some my way MAB?

exercises with enough variation to not mimic exactly squatting, but has obvious carry-over.

the only i'm really familiar with would be high-box squats.

Zerchers (from ground or pin)

Box Front squats

Kneeling squats
Thats all I can think of right now...lol
