When to add singles for meet?
I have a meet coming up on March 31 and I was wondering when most of you start adding in heavy singles?
I alway work with heavy singles on bench press anyway and usually do doubles with deadlift so not to worried there. Was mostly wondering about squats, but information on all three would be awesome!
