That's what I call a full-body workout
Just out of interest, this is someone's workout from today which I spotted on a UK website. I've converted a few of the weights into pounds. Even if I was to reduce the weights to my strength levels, it would still kill me:
230 strict press @ 220; bodyweight+187 X 4 dips @ 180; 403 front squat @ 210; 10 000 push-ups.
Ignoring irrelevant credentials since I was 17.
