I don't think the original Smolov is good for naturals. Smolov works for roiders because they need mad contractions and stimulus to maximize gains.

If I juiced, I would be doing a 6-day split and killing myself more Smolov style.

I'm natural all the way.

I tried Smolov and all I want to do is eat and sleep right now. Today was my second day, and wow, was it hard. I was sore from the start. It got easier, but by the end I wanted my momma.

I am going to start the smolov squat routine today but I am not sure if i am going to do the real smolov or smolov jr. I think I am going to do the original smolov which means 4 sets of 9 at 294. If I were going to do the junior routine than today would be a 6x6 at 295, i guess I will see how the first set goes
