Was stuck on 87.5kg x 5 for around 13 months and only went up when I did madcow. My bench volume is now higher than before so I reckon more gains will follow.

I plan on benching next week for the first time in 6 months. I will be interested to see if I have made any progress without doing the movement.

I hit a stall early but once I focused on adding reps instead of just adding weight I started to make more consistent progress.

Some research often cited at Westside is that you won't get stronger or faster on an exercise after 3 consecutive weeks. What do you do then? You switch exercise, and keep breaking PRs every week.

There are many variations on the bench press, with bands, with chains, with boards, off pins, reverse bands, weight releasers, with Slingshot, floor press, DB press, incline press, decline press, shirted bench, fat bar, football bar, close grip, wide grip, ...

...you should never run out of ways to hit PRs. That's the Westside approach anyway.
