Good progress.

Regarding C&P...one of the things I preach is training evolution. If you want to transition over to more frequent training try an intermediary step first...perhaps and upper/lower like 531.

You have to learn your body. You don't need to jump into advanced programs to make good gains right now.

Like Fazc said...if something is working, ride it hard. Milk it!

Thanks btb, i just looked at one of his workouts on the chaos and pain blog, my god 15 deadlift singles, this kinda stuff just catches my attention , i guess i just like pushin to the limit, i am still gonna continue SL for awhile longer, but can we bump this thread and find something thats would work!

i wonder if i could set this up to 4 days a week, make 3 days dedicated to each of a push pull legs, and another day i can put the bw exercises in dips,chins, but doing this using chaos and pain pariniciples of sets/reps

What I think we should do is get you to video your squat and deadlift form for your heavy work. Let's make sure your form is tight.

Get a video of a 265 x 5 squat set Coop. It's been a while and I think this can help us to see where you are at.
