The guy is an animal. Also for a little guy who hates benching, he put up some good numbers!

Oh and beltless to boot.

Here are the lifts:

My attempts were:
Squat- 545, 585, 600, 615 (4th)
Bench- 335, 355, 375(missed)
Deadlift- 565, 605, 640, 655 (4th)
Total: 1600 on third attempts, and 1625 including the 4ths.

Interesting about not having deadlifted since last year, considering the numbers he pulled.

LtL 11-07-2011 12:12 PM

Shouldn't the total be 1630 including the fourths?

Looks like it. I C&P from his site and hadn't noticed.

You looked at the difference between the 3rd and 4th lifts, right? :D
That's what I thought too, 1630, but it is 1625, with the total after 3rd attempt being 1595.

But who cares, the RAW fed puts up 1396 total as the benchmark for "elite" at 181 lbs. This is an insane 200+ lbs over the elite mark, equaling/going past the world records for deads and squats (according to the RAW fed), and more than 100 lbs over the world record for powerlifting total in this fed. In fact, the total is higher than the record for the 198 lbs category too!!

I can't even begin to comprehend the enormity of this.

C&P FTW!! Doing his own thing, hating alot and breaking records to show for it. I love it!
