Default New Routine!! Open to suggestions

Hey guys i havent been doin to much lately, somehow(i think its hardwork) im down to 183 pounds and dropped bodyfat, arms/chest/back/shoulders/calves have grown, i pull/push carts loaded with drinks all day long! Well i followed ronnie rowlands slingshot system for quite sometime, or tried to atleast but working 45 hours a week and go to school 4 days is rough, but i have my gym membership and my home gym! so im ready for no excuses and to tighten down, im open to all criticism and suggestions!
