New Routine!! Open to suggestions

Hey guys i havent been doin to much lately, somehow(i think its hardwork) im down to 183 pounds and dropped bodyfat, arms/chest/back/shoulders/calves have grown, i pull/push carts loaded with drinks all day long! Well i followed ronnie rowlands slingshot system for quite sometime, or tried to atleast but working 45 hours a week and go to school 4 days is rough, but i have my gym membership and my home gym! so im ready for no excuses and to tighten down, im open to all criticism and suggestions!

My first suggestion is that you get rid of that signature.
Second, what are your current goals? How many days a week can you lift?

I ran a quick search on the number of times you have asked this question, and found it's been answered many, many times. Here are just a few of them:

Why don't you actually use the advice you've been given, this time around?

You have a second chance here Coop. Don't blow it.

I am a firm believer in the theorem, "You will make time for those things you want to do." You have lots of reasons why you can't or haven't trained, the better question is "what can you do?" When you make the time to lift, then you can worry about a routine. My suggestion would be something basic and simple that allows you to work hard but is short and sweet.

If this is enough stimulus to build muscle, then it really doesn't matter what you do. Just move some weight dude. Something is better than nothing. Less speculation on routines, more lifts with a barbell...

i can train anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week, preferrably 4
