Single ply bench only, what ever weight class your in LOL jk. I will be either 275/308 full power. Idk if single or multiply yet. I willl prob be single ply everything, except use my multiply shirt. Because of that ill be considered a multiply full power. Goal is to cut to 275 so i can hit the pro total. Will be 3 of us down, will be nice to meet up. If you need any help with the bench shirt let me know. I have a little bit of knowledge in that area.

Trap, I'm strictly a "bench only" guy, but I train back & legs every week. Like others have said, just light stuff, but you have to do it all. With any heavy/max lifting you have a chance of hurting something, so if you hit heavy deads/skwatts you can pull something that will hurt your bench. Just keep'em light with good form and all will be O.K. Now just get rid of that Rage X and get a Titan Katana and you're on your way to smashing some records.

They are not too bad, but the carry over is amazing. If you worry about that, go a size bigger and learn it. You can always have it made tighter later.

Also to answer your previous question, I will have two other people with me. A masters lifter, and a guy who keeps a log on here (Matt Honeycutt). His log is "quest for 1900" or something like that.
