Smile Post surgery regrouping

I had surgery a few months ago and started back in the gym mid-July. It's like starting all over again! Weights I used before surgery now seem soooo heavy! But I am using this re-introduction to better my form and it is starting to finally pick up speed again. I lost 55lbs before surgery and only gained 10lbs back, so now at 63years old, I weigh 240lbs. Went from the 4th hole in my weight belt to the 6th hole in now! ANYWAY IT IS GOOD TO BE BACK & LEGS & CHEST & ARMS!
