We are in agreement. I don't think anyone on this board would recommend Wendler's for a beginner.

Just so we understand each other, I don't recommend low frequency for novices.

Poor explanation by me there

I'm referring to once per week per lift being *relatively* low frequency. Relative to a beginner doing the lifts 3 times per week, which I think is fairly well agreed on, at least on here.

So yes, no disagreement. My point was really just that someone should consider the goals of a routine and how they match with their own.
