We'll see. My goal this first meet is to survive and learn from squats and bench, and to destroy heavy weight on deadlift. I'm still not sure I will go over 450 on squats.

Still with a 450 squat you could still be looking at a 1400lb's total.

I will be lifting equipped so I can wear sleeves and maybe wraps. I was blown away that sleeves arent considered raw. I can understand wraps, but sleeves?

General consensus that I've read and heard is that tight wraps can give you around 20lb's on average so not very much.

I've actually been talking this over with my cousin who's a single ply lifter in the USAPL, apparently the only federation (off the top of his head) that allows knee wraps in raw is the APA. I thought they all allowed knee sleeves, but then again I thought wrist wraps weren't considered raw.

I get alot more than 20 out of my knee wraps. I have gotten about 60 if wrapped by someone who knows what they are doing. Squatting without being able to feel your legs is a touch scary though

The UPA also allows knee wraps as raw.

I tried real wraps once, but I wasn't squatting really heavy.

My little ace wraps only provide some minor tightness in the area. I doubt they are good for anything other then my mental stability.
