Buffalo Bar/Bow Bar

If you're looking for a curved bar for your home gym and want to save money, the Bow Bar is on sale for only $199.

I use this bar at home and it is heavy duty and high quality, and perfect for home gymers that aren't training in gear.

This bar saves my shoulders. It is a bit longer allowing for wider hand spacing, and the curve alleviates shoulder stress. The handle is thick, almost like a thick bar, and can be used for other applications other than squatting.

Pressing lifts with the hands facing together. Bench moves, overhead pressing, and even moves like curls.

I'm now looking to get a cambered squat bar to help save my shoulders/forearms.
