They have formula's to even out the BW challenges. Lighter people have a definate advantage to a straight BW challenge.

I'm not that good at powerlifting terms but what is Wilk and how do i use it for my BW. 250

This is getting to complected for me. I out.

Can't you just take your best 1 rep lift and divide it by your weight?
I didn't even shout I'm 45 years old and in a chair for my lift.

How much BF you carry jacking up your B/W is a personal choice.
