Biggest Lift Challenge
Anyone who knows me on the forums know that i love a good challenge. I believe strongly that taking on a challenge will make you push past your self made limitations.
It doesn't have to be a complex challenge, just something to add some competitive nature and fun to what we love.
I've completed challenges such as the May 30th Memorial Leg Day. The challenge was to do 10 x 10 on squats. Deep as you can go as heavy as you can go.
Bike HIIT challenge:
5 min @ 70 RPM
10 min HIIT: 45 sec @ 80 RPM and 15 sec @ 130-150 RPM x 10
20 min @ 70 RPM
My own Challenge
complete 100 squats in 10min with 250lbs. Which i have the video up on my log.
Now i want to issue a biggest lift challenge
Post videos of your biggest lift no matter the exercise and leave it up to someone to beat it!
Anyone up to a challenge???
