This may help, after watching this, dropping weight for a few good squat sessions and working on hip thrust and finishing the squat, my workload weight started going up tremendously.

Sorry for the basic question, but I've never really pushed this hard on squats.
I had the same problem. I solved it by doing the following:

Alot of abwork, weighted and bw. 3-400 reps a week in total.

Stretching and warming up alot before my heavy sets, and to focus on getting THE FIRST REP to a perfect rep, which makes the rest of them come by themself in a way. No cheating and leaning forward, not even when squatting an empty bar.

Front squats - Builds a strong core and a stable posture.

For me it was also a quad dominance which I solved by doing more hamstring work, GHR's and leg curls.

Goblet squats and wall squats are good to practice form too.

I hope this helped you some. Good luck!

In all honesty form is not that bad. Everyone has hit on the knee movement, so no need for me to hammer that one anymore. Need to hammer the quads, squatting raw has a lot to do with quad strength.

Are you getting in air before you descend? Make sure you get a big belly of air, and try to hold it in the bottom of your stomach. You want it at the bottom so that its pressing against your belt.

Thanks everyone.

I noticed Thurs. that I will need to drill more holes in my Med. size belt. It's getting a little loose.

Bumpin this back up for another question....

I received plenty of advice to lower the bar farther to help w/ the "good morning". After attempting this for a month, it just beat up my wrists. I am lifting w/ wrist wraps which help, but am considering an informal PL meet which only allows a lifting belt.

Any advice to help the wrists or increase the flexibility needed??

Looking through your videos, each one you have your wrists cocked back and the bar out of line of your wrists and forearm. Set your grip more so that the bar sits into the groove of your thumb (bar inline with wrist) and keep the wrists straight and tight. You may have to play around with full grip or thumbless or maybe move grip in closer or out a little farther.
