I like it a lot. Well thought out, and I think the deficit deads and good mornings will serve you well. Don't see bat wings too often...I know Dan John is a big fan. They look solid but something I have yet to try.

Also nice to see a quad exercise. I read a quote this week from a powerlifter about the neglecting of quad strength.
