I picked this up. Im going to get print it and bind it so its easier to read.

I think I am going to run this in about 9 weeks

Oh I will log it . I love the routine setout, im very excited to start it, I might jump the gun and start it sooner than intended haha.

Great! I'm going back to the 5/3/1 in a few weeks myself. I want to download the ebook and see how to apply things though. For now, I think I have a few more weeks of madcow progress before I stall out. It sure would be great to have a 5/3/1/ running mate.

Im on Madcow Intermediate at the moment.

Yeah I want to get my squat and bench a bit bigger before I start on 5/3/1

Looks like you and I are running mates already. The madow approach has been wonderful for getting my numbers back to where they once were in a hurry. I was on a very good run of 5/3/1 before my surgery. I enjoy the 5/3/1 approach and the flexibility it offers especially in the assistance work.

Good luck to you in both madcow and 5/3/1. I'm sure we'll be bumping in to each other on the forum.

Madcow has been great to me as well so far.
