Default Diesel Crew - Shoulder Rehab Protocol

I've seen a lot of guys in here getting a lot of nagging injuries, especially in the shoulders. Here is a great video from the Diesel Crew, you don't have to do all of them but you could pick a few to do as part of your warm up:

I have used almost all these and still do use some of them today. It depends on your particular shoulder problem as to which ones you use.

And I believe everyone who lifts heavy will experience some shoulder problems at some point, so better safe than sorry. I don't believe you can lift heavy without finding out something bad about your shoulders. If you don't think so more power to you, or you are simply blessed and therefore I envy you.

But, this was very helpful in reminding me that shrugging back motion before doing the movement is very important. Also, that scarecrow with the press out is silly! I'm adding that in for sure.
