It's too bad he didn't train whith a focus on myofibrillar hypertrophy and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, maximizing his rep range usage. Because then he would be REALLY big. Perhaps if he did volume arm work he would look better too.
On a serious note, look at those effin wheels. Obviously low reps didn't help his wheels at all.
