Louie states in the above article:

So using our 415 pound max lifter:

Bar x 15
135 x 5-10
225 x 3-5
255 x 1-2 - Last "warm up"
290 x 2 (70%)
310 x 2 (75%)
Then ramped sets....

I assume by "proceed" he means ramp up until you reach the perfect you are training in.
