Beltless full squats
I include beltless squats as a distinct variant because a break from my belt did me a world of good. Front squats are awesome, though I can't always get the balance right even now.
I cannot get anything from box squats or hack squats.
Stiff legged deadlifts
It would be easier to list the many deadlift variations I don't get anything from: sumos, rack pulls, deficits etc, etc.
Close grip bench press
Funny how everyone wants to know how much you can bench, when it's such a boring lift to watch, in my opinion. It doesn't have any of the drama of an overhead lift.
I love strict press, somehow it just feels like the ultimate test of strength, which is probably why I suck at it.
