Any guids to olympic lifts?
Lately ive been wanting to learn how to do olympic lifts and give that a go for a bit but im having a hard time finding a step by step on how to properly do them. I want to have at least a general understanding on how to do them before i even try i rather not just go and try something and see what happens. Would someone want to link or maybe help me out on how to start olympic lifting?
and on the side just wondering if they would help with any of the powerlifting major lifts?
