Deadlift. Works more muscles in the body, and it's just a badass movement. Always been my favorite exercise.

Dudes so big he has to squeeze himself out of the squat rack lol.

But to the OP, Squats, why you ask? Because when you earn pro-status and step on stage with other pros, the first thing they look at is Ham-Glute tie-in and striated glutes, gotta do dem der ATG squats for that!

I hate to change the mood, but........ I gonna have to go with squats. For me there is nothing like having all that weight on your back , knowning that when you get in the hole there is only one way home lol.

Can't we just deadlift the weight and do a sqaut? Just do a clean to sqaut for the win!!

Deadlift.

Why?

1. Recruits up to 80% of your body's total musculature; something not even squats do.

2. Makes your back thick and deep, your legs/grip strong, and your overall manliness more prominent.

3. It is ****ing badass to pick up hundreds of pounds of solid iron off the ground with only the strength of your muscles.

Deadlift, to go one step further it would be a snatch grip Deadlift off of a platform. (if I was allowed).
