Do you guys have a vid, im gonna start doing these on deadlift day

What other exercises are you doing on back day?

And before you start adding deadlift exercises, I think we:

A) Need to see a video of your deadlift form.
B) Make sure you understand that you must set down the bar after each rep. Stopping each rep in mid-air is not wise.

Wouldent advice you to rack pull and deadlift the same workout, split it up instead. A bit to taxing when going heavy, one of the lifts will be suffering if you do other work too.

My 5/3/1 deadlifts, Db Rows, some leg pressing

A. I have the video big man will be posted alittle later today
B.I got that understood, guess i got carried away the other day because i felt super strong, thats the first time ive ever done that never wil again.

Do u happen to have any rack pull vids i know its basically in a smith rack sittin on the safety bars alittle below the knees if im correct

I don't think you need to be doing rack pulls right now. Concentrate on full ROM. You have a lot of strength to develop before you need to start worrying about the small stuff, and possible weak area's, IMO.

Post up that vid.
