Default 100 rep challenge...

Every Thanksgiving morning a group of guys and girls from my gym get together and pick something they think they can get 100 reps of in about an hour's time. Since this will be my first thanksgiving there, I am pretty excited. Trying to figure out what I want to do... Thinking maybe 405 deadlift? Sets of 5. What would you guys do?

Being Elderly and frail ... I would pick the Leg Press @ 600#'s. Then if my form gives, I would still be in one piece.

I would pick the squat probably if you wanna get brutal stay light 185pounds in 5 sets of 20 reps maybe 3 minutes rest between each or 5

That would be some hefty work in an hour. I can only do about 15 singles with 405 in 10 minutes, and my old butt would slow down after the first 10 minutes.

If I were trying it, I personally might try 315 with deadlifts, or 275 with squats.

What about a simple flat press?

6 sets of 15 and 1 set of 10 would get you to 100.. Pick the right weight and you could easily git 'r' dun...
