Barbell row
Is this correct form if not can you guys show me form for the bent over barbell row??

I didn't care much for the video. Plus the guy was wearing tights. I needed to cleanse after watching it.

Here you go:

Or Pendlay Rows if the weight gets heavy and you want to give your back a break after each rep.

I hate vids like that coop. BTB has some good ones.
He may be a fittness coach, thus low weight higher reps. Guys like this are a dime a dozen and all have there idea's and premote them as the only and best way. It is a sales pitch to get clients.

New people to bbing see vids like this and think they or the golden rule because they use guys already build up to do there deminstrations.
You would find his vids on the shelve next to Richard Simonds. lol

If I saw that guy in my gym, I would throw a plate at him. He looks weak and is wearing tights with a huge jersey, no way.

I am not a fan

CoopDawg 10-31-2010 07:01 PM

me neither the huge jersey made me think huh i guarantee thats to cover the weak muscles
