Deadlift is my favorite excersize, something about picking up alot of weight locking it out and hearing it hit the floor!

squats or deadlifts are the main moves to gain size and anyone that does nothing but complain about it are assholes who have no reason lifting they are what I call weekend lifters

Amen BTB. I dread nearly every training session, but I go out there and move weight anyway. Sometimes we must do what we don't like in order to achieve what we want.
