Just wanted to share something from the Gym the other day
Highschool Junior wrestler, 125 pounds, double body weight 250 pound deadlift:
Motivation for all the people I have heard (not necesarilly on this site) say, Im just too small, or Im just not built for it. This kid works his ass off harder than most, and as you can see it is paying off.
