Lets say i wanna put a 3x5 set of front squats in my 5/3/1 squat day is that okay

usually the assistance work is done with higher reps like you've done all your other assistance. why not do them with higher reps? the point is to just not go too heavy so you don't interfere with your main lift going up thats all its all about what you can handle

see the other day just messing around i did 135x5 and 200x5 on front squats and by the 3rd rep my wrists seems to start bending i think it may be my grip plus i need some wrist tape it was light weight but that was my first time doing them i was just gonna start with lower reps and sets

are you using an olympic grip? like a power clean grip? if so, you're wrists will get used to that strain from the barbell and will be more flexible. and sounds good man
